Not long after motorcar The Skunk departed for Willits, eager passengers watch as the next train, the diesel powered The Super Skunk, positions itself for loading. Today's train is powered by California Western's #55, a Baldwin RS-12, that is painted for the American Bicentennial, which was the day before this photo was taken.
