Moments before breaking a knuckle, BNSF 9814 East, the Jacobs Ranch Mine to Rush Tower, Missouri coal loads, rounds the lower horseshoe curves along Saw Log Road as it climbs Crawford Hill. SD70MAC’s 9814 and 9621 are on the point while DPU ES44AC’s 6221 and 5763, and helper SD60M 8111 and SD75M’s 8243 and 8218 shove on the rear.
