| Its early April and the last bits of snow still hang on as the sun sets near the Iowa state capitol building. I believe this train with 2 GP40's up front was #81, waiting to depart southward from Short Line yard for Kansas City. Note the mofw workers silhouetted by smoke in the distance. Taken on Kodachrome 25 with 135mm Minolta lens. |
