Amtrak's westbound San Francisco Zephyr pulls into Borie from Denver. While Rio Grande stuck with operating the Rio Grande Zephyr, Amtrak's Chicago/San Francisco train was routed to Denver on the CB&Q/BN, then north on the UP to Borie (bypassing Cheyenne, 10 miles east) through to Ogden.
