Remarks & Notes

The 13:50 Saturdays only Metrorail train from Cape Town trundles down the grade from Fisantkraal to its next stop at Mellish. This is wheat growing country and the first signs of new green shoots are visible behind the train. The blue mountains of the "Boland" (uplands) form a distant backdrop.
