| In 2010, it's quite rare to capture a plow in service along CSX in West Virginia mainly due to lack of substantial snowfall, but to our surprise, we're lucky enough to catch a Grafton based B&O Jordan Spreader as it made it's way up the massive grade at Tunnelton enroute to points east on the Mountain Subdivision. |
