The Claria Logger passes the Fernwood Station on its return trip to St. Maries. This station is still owned by the railroad and is used by the track gang as a storage facility. Unfortunately, this scene with a passing log train is now just a nice memory as the STMR has exited the log hauling business. The tracks remain in place with an uncertain future for this line segment.
