| A railfan in a white Chevy pulls in to New Richmond Park just in time to get a front row seat for E949 heading west with a cut of empties. A frozen riverbank provided me a vantage point that would normally result in standing in about 10 feet of water, and fortunately I had a large branch to hang on to just in case the ice cracked. |
