Remarks & Notes
Pardon me, is this Kings Cross? A4 "Streak" No. 60008 is a long, long way from the LNER's old East Coast Main Line out of London - it's currently displayed at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Built as the LNER 4496 "Golden Shuttle," it was renamed after WWII to honor Eisenhower. It currently wears its British Railways livery and number, 60008. The museum is the only place in the United States were you can view British main-line steam power.
