| Looking across the freight depot platforms, the NN's 1909 vintage Alco simmers on the main. The freight house is actually the oldest building in the NN's East Ely complex and predates #93 by 2 years. The new timbers and braces belie the fact that the structure was renovated less than a year ago by it's owner, the State of Nevada. Over 1 million was spent on this structure and the adjacent passenger depot and both look very good. |
