Remarks & Notes

An experimental paint scheme was adapted to SAL E7(A) units 3040 and 3041. In an effort to reduce painting costs, aluminum siding was fitted to both units. Today SAL No. 3 is awaiting departure from Raleigh, NC with #3041 in the lead.
