| SCL No. 289 is just south of Cary, NC approaching Laura Duncan Rd. handled by "run-thru" power from the Frisco. 4 SLSF GP35's and a single SCL GP40 are enroute Hamlet, NC with the train today. Frisco locomotives were frequent visitors on SCL during the 70's with "run-thru" agreements between the two railroads. |
