| UP power on NS rail train 912 ducks into the storage track north of Kemper Street Station in lynchburg to retrieve a gondola car. Train has just set off four ribbons of 136 lb. CWR which will be used in the construction of the storage track for the Northeast Corridor train coming to twon October 1. |
