Terry Respondek, owner of Respondek Railroad Corporation and a former employee of the Illinois Terminal Railway, has done it again with a repaint of ex-Algers, Winslow and Western 204, shown with SDP-35 #11 pulling a set of empty plastic pellet hoppers towards Yankeetown, Indiana on a sweltering but fantastic August 9, 2009.
