| What's wrong with this picture? Well if you're a train buff, lots! The good news is that Temiskaming and Northern Ontario 503 is supposed to be moved to the west side of the old CPR Station (now resurrected as a fine railway-oriented museum) someday as an attraction for the Waterfront Park project. Let's hope that happens before it's totally trashed by the local hooligans! I'm not sure what the plans are for the caboose and partial TEE trainset, they didn't seem to be included on the map showing what the park will look like when completed. I'd originally thought that that FP7 ONR 1501 had been removed from this line-up and moved to the safety of the yard but I've since been informed that it was actually scrapped on site sometime in the past year along with sister F-units 2000 and 2001. What a shame! |
