Back when the Warbonnet scheme still looked like it might stick around trhough the merger, BNSF appeared to have some of the stenciling done by Mr. Krebs' kids' third grade class. Here two B40-8Ws and an SD45B work uphill, while a UP train on the ex-SP Palmdale Cutoff line coast down toward the LA Basin.
