The 1202 started her life out as Union Pacific 1866 a SW9 in October 1953. Later in life she was rebuilt by the Union Pacific into a SW10 and renumbered to 1202 in January 1980. After spending many years on the UP roster she was sold to Grainland Cooperative in August 1998. Grainland Cooperative is a massive grain elevator located in the small town of Cruger, Illinois along the TP&W’s main line.
