CSX Y129 is about to enter the lift span on the Louisville & Indiana Railroad (former PRR) brigde over the Ohio River as it heads south from Clarksville, IN into Louisville. Clagg Tower, still in service today, is just south of the lift span and controls the bridge and trackage around it.
