| Texas & New Orleans #982 2-10-2, was built by Brooks Locomotive works in 1919 as #3651. It was donated to the city of Houston (and the Houston Jaycees) in 1957 and was put on display at Herman Park for nearly 40 years. In 2005 it was moved to outside the firstbase line of Minute Maid Park, the one time platforms of Houston Union Station. It is one of only two SP F-1s that survive. |
