Missed it by THAT much! Hoping to catch a nose to nose meet broadside, misjudged the location by less than 2 minutes as the LAX with a former 'fast forty' [look above the rear numbers for the sprayed over number] is about to meet extra 2831 west, a coal empty bound for Hanna, WY. The 2831 itself is running for all it's got, as the CLS is out of Ogallala and the 'spatcher is already talking to him about heading in at Kimball for the CLS and an eastbound parade. Fast times on the Overland....
