| The last Coos Bay Hauler heads over a SP Harriman era truss bridge spanning the Siuslaw River for the final time in the late autumn light. CORP embargoed the line and eventually sold it to the Port of Coos Bay, who is currently trying to re-open the line. These GP40 mother-slug sets would be whisked away from Oregon to Rail America railroads on the East Coast likely never to see their old home out west. |
