Remarks & Notes

Running the way God and the Southern Railway intended, NS 5111, a former Southern GP38-2, is in charge of NS train T51, the Peavine Local, splitting the classic PRR CPL's at AMBER on the Indiana & Ohio Railway's Oasis Subdivision. NS uses the Oasis Sub to access the NS (ex-N&W) Cincinnati District, better known to most as the Peavine.
