| It's been clear for a couple hours that a stunning sunset is on the menu and I've been looking for a different location in which to catch a train. I think I've found it! Add in a reflection off the lagoon and all I need is a train. As if on cue, a crackle over the radio and BNSF 9830 calls out a restricting signal in advance of Titlow. The sun is getting lower! Then I can hear 9830 blowing for the crossing at 19th st and sun is about gone. Come on! Come on! Gates come down at 6th street! As the last rays shine across Gig Harbor, the train arrives. Serendipity! |
