| Running into Pando siding to pick up a single car, grimy 5396 3002 and 3023 are illuminated by the low evening sun on the way up to Tennessee Pass in May 1981. Remains of part of the extensive former WWII Camp Hale ski training establishment can be seen in the background, with foundations of buildings still visible along the whole length of the valley to the right of the image. |
