| Amtrak Train #89 stops to pick up a CSX crew whose time has expired. The heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures caused many switches to freeze over and southbound trains were backed up on the #3 track causing several crews to run out of on-duty time. Train 89 picked up crews from multiple freight trains and transported them to the Richmond Acca Yard terminal. |
