Remarks & Notes
Heber Valley Railroad repainted it's former US Army RS4TC in a Rio Grande inspired livery. The little 65-ton switcher was built in 1954 for service in the US military. The HVRR 4028 (appearing at first to be an 'out of the box' scale model) prepares to depart Heber City with the 11:00 a.m. Lakeside Limited.
