| On my 1992 trip to Colorado, the last thing I expected to see on the 'Creede Local' was one of SP's three D&RGW GP60's! Rio Grande 3155 lead the 16 car train and a D&RGW caboose through the San Luis Valley at Parma on the westward journey to Monte Vista. The GP60 would turn on the wye at Sugar Jct. and return caboose hop to Alamosa, Colorado. |
