After cutting off from its train, the power that brought the first CPR-owed ICE train into St. Paul yard heads for the Island yard office, and a photo event for the media. A film crew (note the guy in the in the bucket) was on hand to capture the event. Remember, "Elevation is everything. " (I didn't bother with my little stepstool - it would have looked pathetic next to this setup.)
