| 5:15 pm, July 21st, 2001 at the former Santa Fe Redondo Junction roundhouse San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society (SBRHS.org) crewmember Wolf Fengler is about to enter the smokebox of the former Santa Fe Northern 3751. At the time this photograph was taken, the locomotive was undergoing maintenance repairs for its FRA re-certification inspection, which allowed the locomotive to operate another 1,492 days or 15 years, which ever comes first, before it will need this inspection again. A part of the locomotives super heater tubes can be seen stacked in front of the engines tender One year later the 3751 made her historic run to the Grand Canyon and back for the 2002 Canyon Rails excursion train.
