| Had a chance to duck in the New River Gorge, and visit the remnants of the town of Thurmond. It didn't disappoint, and managed to catch a coal drag rolling through in front of the old C&O coaling tower still standing. It dates from 1922, and read that the last steam locomotives were gone after 1958. |
