Remarks & Notes 
This St. Paul, MN to Kansas City, MO manifest train is about to the yard limits at Rutledge. The outbound crew for KC is called in 20 minutes at Ottumwa, which should be a pretty good meet. This inbound crew went on duty at Davenport at 13:30. The train is about to pass under the new hiway 34/63 by-pass around Ottumwa.
