| I haven't seen this paint scheme before ... East Cooper & Berkely geeps lay over at the office in Charity Church, SC. I'm thinking the EC&B went under and was taken over by the state, hence the "South Carolina Public Railways" lettering. Several junk locomotives were also seen at the office. |
