A 10 and a half hour late Amtrak 30, the Capital Limited, makes it's way east through the Schenley Tunnel in downtown Pittsburgh, right below Carnegie Mellon University. Delays were due to trackwork on NS in Indiana, a fire along the NS Chicago Line in Elyria, Ohio, and a derailment in Salem, Ohio involving 35N rear ending 13N. Schenley Tunnel used to be served by CSX, but now only Amtrak and the AVR use it, making photography of it a somewhat rare occurance.
