| Our train picking up some lumber cars at the Mt. Hood lumber siding. They were added to the front of the train (which became the back after the switchback). There was some sort of problem with the brakes on the freight cars. One of the wheels was stuck, so it took a while. Moving freight is extra revenue for the railroad, but they say that some passengers on the scenic train complain about the delay. I thought it was fun to watch. |
