Amtrak Train #22 racing northward along the UP DeSoto Sub in an attempt to make up as much lost time as possible on this first day of June. The train was packed with travelers who chose to ride Amtrak rather than pay record high gas prices of $4.00+ per gallon!! (Pan shot at 1/20 sec.)
