The "Last Run of a PA" Excursion is on its way back to Richmond from Stockton and has stopped at Port Chicago for a photo run. Trailing unit #58 has quit, resulting in some very ALCO-like smoke from the #67. The Navy loading facility is to the left where, during WWII, two ammunition ships blew up.
