Prior to their run, UBHF power and crew takes 21 empty hoppers up to Lehigh Portland Cement on the "new lead", after using the west leg of the wye. The Lehigh in-plant siding is now in use, so after dropping the empties, the power will run around the cars, so they can push the mty's in to the plant further and pull the loads out.
