Remarks & Notes
The Wrath of Conrail, Part Deux

Abandoned by Conrail shortly after the Raritan River Railroad acquisition in the early 1980's, these tracks lie deep in the woods along the South River in its namesake city. Once the South River Branch of the Raritan River Railroad, the tracks were left to be reclaimed by mother nature since being abandoned almost twenty five years ago. Since the small stream reclaimed much of the right of way, the tracks in this position sort of look like a roller coaster!
