| With the line east of Chippenham closed for engineering works, First Great Western rented two sets of Mk 2d coaches and four class 67 diesels to operate hourly shuttles between the Wiltshire town and Bristol. One of the sets is captured here at a well-lit Bristol Temple Meads after arrival on the 15:41 service from Chippenham. Temperatures were close to zero at this point! |
