| The 2007 CSX Santa Train is still on C&O rails as it crosses the Russell Fork of the Big Sandy River and slows to stop for the large crowd ahead. Elkhorn City is one of the premier stops for the train and is the home of this year's celebrity guest, country musician Patty Loveless. |
