The only remaining FP9 on VIA's roster, 6300 is switching cars at Vancouver's VIA station on this spring afternoon. 6300 was rebuilt from VIA engine number 6524 (nee CN 6524) in December 1983 at CN's Pointe St. Charles main shops.
