Now known as Banbury Place, Uniroyal once produced tires here. With the plant closing, trains no longer serve the area and one of the buildings is used as an appartment complex. The old Eau Claire tower once stood here to the left of the train, it now rests in Carson Park for visitors to see. Signal 88.1 is the approach to Yukon Jct.
