Remarks & Notes

The Dubuque local has stopped switching to let the AAPRCO train depart off west 3 track in Dubuque. The train had engine trouble the day before causing the trip to Waterloo, IA via Cedar Rapids, IA to be cancelled. Today a small derailment at Manchester, IA would cause the train to run strait to Waterloo and onto Council Bluffs, IA.
