| This Dash 8's is wearing Phase IV Amtrak paint and as it pulled into the Alexandria Union Station, I noticed that there were very few people waiting on the platform. Train #84 (Regional Service) is a weekday only Richmond VA to New York NY train. It will swap its diesel for an electric motor when it gets to DC. |
