Monticello Railway Museum engineer Steve Gerber posed restored NW2 # 1649 alongside pine trees at the Central Illinois museum, following Saturday operations. While the day was filled with rain, the sky cleared in the late afternoon while museum volunteers switched the car and locomotive shops.
