Remarks & Notes |
An M train (manifest) crosses the Mojave River over what the locals call "Black Bridge," but what is officially called the Mojave River Railroad Bridge just north of Victorville. The town was named for Jacob Victor, a superintendent with BNSF ancestor The California Sotuhern Railway. #4761 is member of BNSF's small fleet of 1,696 Dash 9-44CWs and was delivered in the Spring of 1998. |
