| IC 6010, unique to the IC as a rebuilt SD40A leads M336 through the new connection at Nor Paul. While placing orders, IC asked for an SD40 to be built on the longer SDP45 frame to allow for a 5000 gallon fuel tank rather than the 4000 gallon
maximum size tank on the standard SD. Thus, the SD40A was created.
