SP #2380, a Fairbanks-Morse product, is getting ready to pull the lead unit off of Train #126 leaving just #3004 to take three lightweight cars to Monterey as the Del Monte, running long hood forward. It is the last week of April 1971 and on Friday, the oldest named train on the SP will fade into history.
