Amtrak's Sunset Limited. Amtrak is less than a year old and motive power changes have already occurred as two SP FP7s, 6450 and 6455, and two UP E-units power Amtrak #2 the eastbound Sunset Limited arriving at SP's Houston station. UP E-units were leased to Amtrak at this time and used for power on the Sunset Limited in combination with SP FP7s. Amtrak eventually purchased the SP FP7s and UP E-units.
