On the 2nd day of excursions, the 261 heads west through Augusta, a popular spot to shoot this train at. The weather conditions faired more favorable on this day, with no rain to be seen.

After a successful weekend of running tips out of the Twin Cities, Milwaukee Road 261 crosses over the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis on their way back to their home shop.
